Short characteristics of the site: Forested hill, a prominent landmark. Its summit part consists of a body of sodalite phonolite, exhumed by erosion from the surrounding Cretaceous sediments. Interesting geomorphological features, such as frost-riven cliffs and talus fields. A geomorphologically attractive locality.
